Really appreciate the speed! However it doesn't seem like it's working for me. Bypass worked perfectly before this morning and even after updating retail.exe and starting a protected game, it still tries to load EAC and crashes without opening. I haven't modified anything with the game. Am I doing something wrong?

I think you have the wrong bypass file version up on the site, it says 4.1, and in-game it says GV:4.1. The Game will crash if you try to play a match for too long solo, and there's no Operations match making...

What does it do? Well, nothing new here, removes .cache file check and eac presence check.

probably will add "appcrash upon entering pvp" in the future
"Installation" steps:
1) download exe, provided by the "link";
2) unpack it to your Space Marine 2\client_pc\root\bin\pc\ directory
3) dowload "start_protected_game.exe" from this post: viewtopic.php?p=369349#p369349
4) place it in your Space Marine 2\ directory
5) don't play pvp with cheats

And that's it.
The 4.5 patch file is 4.1 it's definitely not correct from playtesting

I'm guessing this will not be updated as mods are accepted and will be on their own servers? I do think modded exe would be nice because atm progression is not saved with mods. I wish they would allow mods which only affect visuals/HUD/FOV etc into public matchmaking

I think it's great they are going to start supporting modding, and I think you're right, however I really do hope Klerik still releases these patched exe's until it becomes avaliable.

It's possible, but we will have to wait and see if Klerik will. As the implementation of modding support coming in the future, Klerik's work will be done. :D So patience, friend. :)

Yeah shame tbh. I'm glad I used the bypass and cheat engine to basically skip the grind and max all my classes and weapons early

Edit: tried to connect to public lobby, got kicked (by EAC probably, need more testing). seems like they improved protection a little bit.

Yeah confirmed by one of the game devs in modding discord server. He said he will ask hos colleagues if that can be changed. St1ckys fov mod and the armor unlocker apparently aren't detected as mods by the game

Yeah, they made a note of "Improved Anti-Cheat". Also I hope the testing goes well!

with the regular bypass you can still manipulate resources/currencies with CheatEngine on the Battle Barge but playing with a modified EXE is detected regardless of EAC toothlessness at load-in. there's a popup window (MODS DETECTED Kicked from public session due to modified game files. Automated report sent.) and a notice in the upper-right corner: MODS DETECTED

pretty sure i wasn't host in any game i tried this in though

I'll try something out tomorrow, but from what I see, game is pretty much "aware" of it's state even while "mods detected" isn't popped yet. Also, I would bet that it's still client side check.
