Dev Mode v1 = Loads the game in Dev Mode (uses a different(local?) profile).

literally just that, can for example be used when your account is banned or to play around with cheats on a local profile.

I do not think that it comes with any dev tools, otherwise it would have been mentioned.

Can't find anything the stored locally. Maybe its encrypted and hidden somewhere.

Sorry i cant seem to edit my previous post but if you try to use one of the bypasses then try to unload the mod the game will not load. I assume it is because the assembly file the program uses to replace the mod is old and not compatible. You will need to re-verify your files to get the game working again.

If you use the validate feature on unmodified game files it exactly tells you that, do not use Unload Mods as its using the old game file. Yes use verify files in steam.
