I got it all sorted out now when I used another website for converting, hallelulah I can finally enter my game!!!

Yes, I had error 6 but managed to edit my profile.json and after that the game starts like normal.

I found the numbers 20500039 , 20500037 , 20500029 and 20500044 and replaced them all with 20500030.

Could you please give us a little more detail to help the many players stuck in error 6...what other site did you use? I know how to find my jseon profile but I couldn't edit it, someone did it for me fortunately I'm no longer in error 6 but I'm eager to learn Thank you

After testing.

This also works for macOS versions(App Store).
For the apple Arcade version, I don't know if it works.
The backup path : "Users/{Your username}/Library/Application Support/com.gameloft.DisneyDreamlightValley.arcade/macstore_default_r/profile.json"

I edited the .dat file, but how do I convert it back to .json and save it in the folder?

hello! i have a question regarding editing my profile json file. i decrypted it and did the edits i wanted to do and then saved it as json and replaced my profile json with my new edited one, but when i go to play the game, it says new game instead of continue. so i was just wondering if there is an extra step i missed? thank you let me know!
