Enable All Weapon Perks.rar will allow you to unlock all the Perks on a weapon, you'll just have to use CE to edit the weapon's Mastery Points. Once you unlock all the Perks they are permanent until you respect the tree.
Max Allowed Currencies.rar will change the max values for the Currencies. By default they max out at: 990 Gold and 20 Blueprint Data, with this they'll instead max out at 99,999,999. This change it temporary as long as you have the modded file on.
Both files still work with the 7.2 hotfix.
Tested using Klerik/doobiedoo modded EXE.

The Enables All Weapons Perks will allow you to unlock all for the weapon mastery skills for the duration of your current game session. There is either a server-side validation or a hidden client-side check on all of the weapons that is causing a mastery point reset every time the exe is launched. You will need to use cheat engine to search for each weapons experience and mastery points.
Use the Grouped type and then use this formula:
8: X 8:Y
X = Current Weapons's Experience x 8 + 1 (For example if you had 750 Experience then it would be 750 x 8 +1 = 6001).
Y = Current Mastery Points x 8 + 1 (For example if you had 1 Mastery Points then it would be 1 x 8 +1 = 9).
The formula using those examples would look like this: 8:6001 8:9
