Hello, I play Evil Within all the trainers are activated but in the first chapter I walk stealthily but I get spotted by the monster and end up with his ax I don't understand I shouldn't be spotted?

Does it happen with every enemy or just that? Could be a scripted event.

I just started it's chapter 1, when the hero of the game gets captured and he is seriously injured by the monster and he tries to escape but gets spotted and killed, while the mafia trainers are doing well.
