The things under "unfound, DO NOT TOUCH" are from PES2019 table, but just about everything has changed addresses so it's a lot of busy work to find everything

Master League money address is so easy to find.
For the example, if your transfer budget is 10,637,900 Euros, you have to search for 106379 (4 bytes) you ignore the last two digits (00).
Same thing for the player salaries, once you found them, you can edit them to 1, so their salary would be 100 Euro per year and that will increase your team's salary budget.

I just downloaded it and it didn't work. So I read the scripts and it said its for PES 2019.

It lets you edit player stats in ML as well.
I had to go off old table I updated to 2019 because i'm not super savvy of how Konami does these things.
You go to Database > Team info > Squad list > Put it on ability screen that has age, height, weight, it has to be on this screen
NOTE: pretty sure the playing position updates, just the visual letter grade remains unchanged. You can check from database and see how all the positions go blue if you set all to 2

Thanks this one works! And if you want to edit your own players just go to your squad and press Y on the controller to open their info box. You don't need to go to database.

what about edit form in ML?
