That's a multiplayer only game, and If you did read the rules, you would see that the discussion of online cheats is prohibited.

You can play it offline versus bots. I assume he means game provided by PLAZA.

Steam doesn't say that. It says online multiplayer and online co-op. But If there is a way to play offline, then I guess that's fine.

Yeah, it's on their site in FAQ section,
Will there be singleplayer?
We have no plans for a singleplayer campaign, as this would take quite a bit of development time. You can, however, play with bots offline and practice by yourself.
