1. always win
2. add gold/wrench/credit/energy/challenge chips
3. better prizes
4. always perfect launch/corner
5. instant dubbel nitro
6. high event score
7. opponent allways bad start corner
option 1 4 5 7 are possibel if not server sided

Pretty sure it's impossible for most of these as they're server-side (e.g. gold/upgrade items/energy etc). I use a trainer that allows Instant Boost/Unlimited Boost and I'm pretty confident that there won't be much more than can be done but then again I am just a novice with CE.
