found the game on top 10 strategy games and created a cheat table for it, its not all the features that the guy requested but im still working on it, for v1.3.3 of the game

includes:
inf gold
inf resources
inf food
instant build

update1:
Instant Level up(must do something)
Level up to level 99(level up once, works perfectly with instant level up)
needs full(must first fill need)

Actually it's V 1.4.9 now. The problem with early access cheating

I'm able to find and adjust gold easy enough (it's a 4 byte value).

Curious how something like instant build might work, though, as that's a bit above my skill level.

All villagers are standing on the spot, when i adjust materials via CE. They ignore all their tasks even though they have all the materials required (999999). Game version 1.5.11.

Values seem to be cosmetic and don't impact the game.

Mouse over the amount shown and you'll see another amount. THATS your real amount and the one you should search for.

doesnt work for 1.6.23 but the values are easy enough to find and Edit.. so not expecting an update to current tables.
