If someone interested:
Items is 4 byte, totally possible to find and freeze ammo for guns. Probably resources too, not tried yet.
Health and Stamina Float, started from 100. Game could freeze or crash if searched for Unknown Value. However, Decreased works flawless. Take 2-3 scans to find Stamina.
Health hack is harder to do due overall fragility of character, but possible too.

Yes..i do some search of items with a split/add on 4 byte search...ammo the same but its better when u have 4-x bullets...
in the the end u get 2 adresses in 99,9% (all items) .. no issues if u edit this 2 adresses...but if u save and load a game, the state of your editing of things that have a.e. 8 items per stack and u do 99 of them...it will restock to default or disappear...so split it and put some stuff in containers (4 next search or else )

One person release a trainer for 0.15, it has everything except ammo (4 byte search + freeze helps a lot). Health and stamina works 100% on STEAM version. Run around the game world for 4 hours without single crash.

Backpack hack exists, just find the current slots when you first start (12) then upgrade backpack to 14.

Search 12 first, then the upgrade number later, change it to 42. Should have unlocked backpack space.

I have tried cheat engine but can't seem to work it right

would like inf, health, hunger, thirst, fatigue, stamina, and cold always at 0 or whatever level no bar is?
inf, ammo
inf, arrows
inf, durability some items like melee weapons, hunting bow, car engine, spark plugs, tires, battery
inf, gas (gas can or in a car)
More or Inventory slots (tried a few times cause right at start there is a +2 slot upgrade for inventory (having trouble getting it to work thru cheat engine? cant seem to find any addresses let a lone 1 address for inventory space)

maybe a speed up game or faster walk or sprint faster? maybe toggle on/off quick cause could run into infected or bandits or animals
maybe a way to spawn more resouces or inf resources
