I am hoping to pick this up once the expansion is out and there's a discount.

I will buy a table maker a copy, if they can add the requested features (in comparison to original table):

Add & Edit Armor Resists (i.e. add additional resist instead of switching existing types)
Add & Edit Armor Stats (i.e. change bonus type)
Edit Armor Penalty
