F1 2017 - Edit Core Competencies

Hey,

i am looking for a working table for F1 2017 for quite a while now, although with no success so far.
Could anyone maybe create a table for me which allows to edit the core competencies in the R&D upgrade tree?

Or just simply explain how I would find and change the values myself?

I have kinda been trying, but I'm still new to CE, so all I managed to do, was getting my game to crash..

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
