Both FC and SC were last updated in mid-December last year so I don't think the current tables work but I could be wrong though I believe the last tables were from a few years ago (For both games.) so chances of them still being compatible with this latest version of the game is a bit slim.
(XSeed is pretty active with maintaining and updating their games.)

Well currency values are quite easy to find, but when it comes to battle related values it's quite difficult to find them.
I sure hope someone has an updated table.
