Help creating string trainer

I need to create a lua trainer that
Searches for "Gold", then change it to "Silver"
then I need to search for "GoldSF" and change it to "SilverSF", but that search is the 2nd line down
then I need to make a unicode search for "Gold" and change it to "Silver"
