Other Info: There was a great trainer for the demo version (located here: viewtopic.php?t=34009) which I mention because I imagine all of the same mechanics/cheats are possible, just the pointers all changed.

For anyone interested even without a table I have been able to use Cheat Engine quite well to multiple all of the important items using a simple search function. Easiest if you can get 10 or more, but you can do it with as few as 3. See how many of the item you have in inventory (let's say it's 10 iron ingots), then search for 10, right click the item to remove 1/2 which you can put in a different slot, or I like to do this in a chest, so I move half to the chest. Now search for 5. Right click the original slot and take half (should be 2 now) and search, then put them all back and search for 10. You'll likely end up with two different results. Highlight both, right click and select Change Value of Selected Scan and change it to 99. I then right click the 99 to take half a few times until I have a couple of slots in the storage chest with 99 of the item. VERY IMPORTANT: the number Cheat Engine gets for the item is dependent on the slot that it is in SO DO NOT MOVE ALL OF THE ITEM FROM THAT SLOT unless you want to start all over again. Once you are done searching and changing you can move this wherever you want.
