Medieval Dynasty request for tougher game

Is there any chance someone could make a quick hack for me? What i need are

Set min/max/avg/(whatever is possible) temperature during the current or next season, especially a way to make winters colder and summers more hot

Set prices for items

Perhaps a way to actually punish player for dying, eg removing 50% of current money

Set npc age

Set hostile npcs stats (more health, dmg, better eq), bump their spawn.

Set duration of the days

Cant remember anything else
