I might be doing something wrong but the life regen just doesn't work for me. I select Yes Enabled, then just press start?

it's not auto refill...

as indicated in the table "press start (controler) / pause game, press start again,even very quickly, and your health bar is full..

give me your feedback..it works flawless when i use it

Nah, I can spam start and it won't change a thing. I also noticed unlike your screenshot, mine doesn't detect my current health (the line above max health, just stays at ?? despite everything else being detected, max health, ammo, money)
