All resources are Float.
You just need to pause the game, search the current number, let the game run (if you have the resource increasing, it should change the total in a few turns), and search the new number a few times.
The only resource I cannot change is the number of workers (33% of the population, minus those already allocated a job in buildings) and population (sum of all district's population?), everything else works.

i know that all are float, but some pointers would come in handy to not always need to search for them

most values work with float but I can't find a way to enlarge the radius of the build-able area
when I upgrade the town center the radius increases from 300m to 350m but it does not seem to be reflected in the memory. alternatively it would help to be able to build more lookout towers that expand my area. again, that value changes from 2 to 4 when I upgrade the town center but again it does not seem to be in the memory.
