Money is float. You get 19 hits (after a couple of "find next").
One of them is the real one, so just change a few of them to a higher number and add an electrical cable and see if the display amount goes up, and narrow it down to the one you need.

Stored power is also a float, but it's based on each individual battery. Like with credits, there will be multiple hits (especially if you have multiple batteries at the same %). Just change them all. Resources are most likely the same, where you'll want to find the value of where the resource is stored (and not the 'total' displayed on your side resource panel).

[Edit: added] Can confirm that resources are floats. You need to use the value of the resource in storage (so I believe this is similar to Ixion).

[Edit: added] Updating the resource in storage seems doesn't change the displayed total amount of the resource, so it's entirely possible to have a negative value displayed.

While not a cheat, if you are playing in Story Mode, you can exploit the messages that pop up and force you to acknowledge them (like an Emergency Message) by simply not closing the box that will bring it up. In effect, that pauses the story while the game is still running. You can simply afk mine your base, or build up a large amount of Steel/Silicon/Concrete (in the very beginning). This can be used in other points in the Story to give you some extra time.

I think the most important thing in a hacking game is science points. If you crack them, it will be much easier to play. But no one has done that yet.

While it's not much of an issue in Sandbox, the fact that you can end up soft locked in Story because of research (if you mess things up too much) makes it a massive problem (though I suspect that will eventually get patched/fixed). I haven't played around with Research values at all, because once you have access to the market, you can cheat your way through Contracts to get what you need (ie. buy the mats and then ship them off to the client).

For me, the biggest impact to Story is exploiting the script for infinite time. It allowed me to pretty much research everything that didn't require Green before accepting the mission to rescue the people. From there, I was able to build the Living Space about 50 days before the deadline.

It's a shame that the maps are subject to RNG. I can never find Aluminum close to the starting area. I don't someone will figure out a Fog of War hack for this game.

It probably hasn't been an issue for anybody here, but ore veins are Floats and can be changed.
