In case that noone can provide a cheat table for you:
You can use a mod called HouseRules.
It has all features, that you describe. And many more.
Its on github. I use it since a long time.
You can enable or disable it when you start the game.

ДGood afternoon! I installed the mod on the pc edition, selected the last column where it says about Crete. I started the game, it said that 1.5 hits is more powerful, critical damage. In fact, when I roll the dice, the crit does not appear. Maybe there are some instructions? On how to do this via HouseRules?
