[Request] Red Alert: Steel Storm (Clash of Irons)

Other Info: I know it says *Single Player Cheat Requests*, but I actually tried to cheat the Energy Myself and it *does* work. I just don't know how to work with pointers and stuff like that so that I can just enable the code without actually doing the searching, changing the values, etc. I could only get the 5000 Energy to work but idk how to go with the No Cooldown feature.
As far as I have observed, battles are handled client-sided, so it *shouldn't* send alarm bells to Devs on their servers. It would be for me to test though.
There's also a Steam Version of this game but it's unoptimized and runs slow so I want to just play on the Microsoft Store version.
Edit: Hmm I've found that the Cooldown and Energy are float values, when the skill is ready to be used it is on 0, and when it is used it goes to 100. Tried changing it to 0 but it doesn't work, but reverts to the original value. Also skills have different time cooldowns but it's always 100, it just goes down at different rates.
