Just all the cheats as TOCS IV table, like viewtopic.php?t=15803, there will be 20-30 options with some very cool option like
Emblem Effect For HP/EP/CP Regeneration Always Available
Increase Craft/Arts/Item Range Of All Items To Max / Make All Craft/Art/Items Affect Range Instead of One
Fishing, Minigames,...

Here's a table containing Sepith and Mira codes. I've been trying to get U-Materials too, but can't seem to find a stable value which persists upon reset. Just copy-paste the below into cheat engine to use it.

Exp multiplier (affect both char and orbment exp)
Inf. item (works for single use item, have not tested for others)

It does work for me (it's the tactic bonus)
but max level is limited base on how far you are in the story

*also make sure the multipliere value is a float
(decimal number ... not 10 but 10.1 or something)

has anyone done an "instant fishing" hack yet? the fishing in this game is a pos for me compared to the others (though it was in the others, but for some reason this one is much more of a pain)

Also I know someone already asked for this but an item editor would be really handy as I've gotten the droplets to increase your stats up from the dlcs from the game so Rean and Llyod are more suited for how a level 110 should be in-game. but I have none of that for C's route so I can't level those characters up just like the other two. I've manged myself to increase the quantity of the azure items from the very first thing you learn which is the "scan a number and then change with the new number" but of course I don't have any of those items to do that with.
