Hello, I have a problem with this game on pc, I find the value of my damage that I want to change but impossible to do so the value of I modify changes automatically here is a small screen.

is this an online game?
if true online game, most likely all on the server side.
(what you change on the client, does not affect the server)

yes online, I can modify the speed, I have seen some modify the basic damage in bigger ...
