FearLess Cheat Engine

I am specifically looking for cheats that increase the weight and chance of higher rarity skills appearing in the level up screen (purple and orange) and to edit the amount of crafting materials such as silver, platinum, gold which are required to make weapons at the blacksmith for each character.
I am also interested in an area bonus modifier for skills
There are trainers and tables for this game, but none of them have the above mentioned features.
