[Request] Horizon Zero Dawn (1 option, freeze XP gain)

Other Info: I just wanna mess around in the world without becoming over levelled. I tried making it myself but I just don't understand CE, it's too confusing for me. So ya, simply locking XP would be an amazing fix so I can enjoy the game. Or make XP gain be really low. fearlessrevolution's trainer has an XP multiplier option, so if that's an easier way and XP gain goes 0.1x, that would be perfect too!
EDIT: I figured it out myself kinda. It's a bit janky but I don't really care, i t freezes the XP, so this can be closed I guess. Thanks anyway!
EDIT2 lol n/m no I didn't. I'd be willing to pay for this how much does something like this cost ? I got the in-game XP to freeze, but the in-menu one doesn't
