Hello, i don't know if you're still looking for this explaination, but, just in case.
I used HxD editor,
Once you've loaded resources\app.asar, you have to go to 'Search/Goto...
From there you'll see a new popup, in the Offset, copy/paste "ADE549" (without the quote marks), just under, select hex and push OK.
If everything goes well, you'll be on the line 00ADE540 at the index 30. Now, simply change 30 to 31. Save and quit.
Boot your game and you should see "cheats" in the Start Game screen menu.

I promise I'm not trying to be intentionally obtuse, but, when I follow your instructions in HxD, it takes me to ADE540 with a blinking cursor before the number 72, but I don't see a 30 offset? It's just these numbers 2C 5B 5B 31 31 2C 22 63 75 72 4C 65 76 65 6C ...etc

I've been trying everything under the sun, but I don't see where you folks are finding "30" and changing it to 31. I even expanded the window well beyond 30 offset along the top. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
