You are correct. Once you set to some high value it will constantly produce workers for you ( "cryopodInTorusContainingWorkersCount": 500,)
Setting policies, etc to prioritize workers does not work! This is the only way. It seems like a bug in the game.

Also another nice little thing you can enable to see all available resources in the solar system. Dont need to send probes anymore :)

if you want more stability, in Torus.sav search for :

Code: Select all

"homesicknessStabilityModifier": 0,
change to positive number.

I'm struggling to figure out how to edit player.sav, seems to just open up incorrectly, broken characters and the like, using notepad++ whoops nvm I figured it out lol

anyone found a way to change the default stockpile capacity to something big? Like changing the small stockpile's 120 capacity to 999999

nope. i think this is beyond my current powers. what we need is a mod or someone who is a pro making CE tables.

Has anyone worked this out? Only the first tier is open when I unlock all tech.

Something else I found out the hard way, there are many layers of research within each tech. Researching everything within the "research" tab will speed things up quite a bit.
