Someone at another place mentioned that it's a float which you serach between the previous and next number (ie if you're looking for 13% you search between 12 and 14). But I couldn't replicate it. Maybe I'm bad at sequences.

Note: These cheats may or may not work for you. I can't guarantee it will work for everybody. Research is 4b, stocks are 4b but game works a little weird, when something on the way to the stock there are number that keep what in the stock right now and what in the stock+what in the way (I think in case you finish the order by destoying the building or something).

You can easily enough find research when you DONT receive research from ships, should be 2 values.

I think unlocking all tech right away might cause issues with the game and you won't be able to build the new buildings you unlocked. Be careful.
