This, as well as all Call of Duty titles since Modern Warfare (2019) have had extreme Anti-cheats for all aspects of the game, even single player.

It may be possible for these cheats you asked for as they have been possible for Cold War but this is in the realm of hacking, and not what the community here is involved in.

I'm afraid you're out of luck here. You can blame Activision for this crap
