Candie and gold values are Double an easy to find.

Make sure you do it before the values go above 1k as the values on screen are rounded after 1k. Hope that helps you.

Can't help make a trainer as I don't know how myself... Dumb Dumbs here

I found them easily, still valid response. Just lock it at 500, or whatever.

If you don't mind sharing can you explain how you found the value, I attempted to do "changed value" search and it wasn't finding anything and when attempting to find the gold value it was changing so quickly, I suspect I just don't know how to use CE very well.

Any Chance at an update of this for 0.49 as I cannot get this to work with the newest version of the game.

I was able to get it to work scanning for exact value using "double"! I'm sharing a quick tutorial in case someone from elsewhere on the net stumbles on this page like I did.

Hey, just wanted to update this thread - I'm a complete newb at this so I don't know how to make a trainer but thought I'd help out anyone else that stumbles across this page in my same situation. I got it to work for the current (0.52) version. I'll walk you through it real quick (and assuming you, like myself when I found this thread 45 minutes ago, don't know how to use Cheat Engine.)
Download Cheat Engine ([Link])
When you launch it the first time it'll ask you if you want to run a tutorial - do that and follow the instructions for the first few steps until you learn how to edit "double" and "floating" values.
After that, load up the Bard Idle process.
Do the exact same thing you did during the tutorial, scanning for the exact value (whatever your current candies are) using the "Double" Value Type. You should be able to change that value at the bottom to your desired amount! It's as easy as that

I encourage you to give it a try, I had no experience with this kind of thing before and it was barely more difficult then installing and launching an app off Steam, lol. Much thanks to this site for helping me figure this out and some modest apologies to the developer of Bard Idle - love the game, just can't quite validate spending $49.99 on in game currency just to get out of the long stall I'm in, sorry!
