I have tried this trainer before, but it was not working for me, I tried this again with your given link but it is still not working, I am getting error, I have pasted file in game folder still
Folder structure: NBA2K23 -> 23FlsEngineEasy. Inside the "23FlsEngineEasy" folder should be "core" folder and 23-FlsEngine-Easy.exe
Always run the .exe as admin or else it won't work!

but game says "you must go online for career"

I have no idea what you're talking about. If you think that the FLS engine will make you able to play MC offline then you're wrong. It won't enable you to play MC offline, it's just another tool/modifier. There's still no tool to make MC available offline.
Nothing. Been browsing the internet daily but it seems this year pc gamers might be cut off completely from the career mode. I've just been playing my league with a created player. And as much as there's a lot of personalized stuff missing from a career viewpoint. You can still enjoy the game.

if needed: create a folder in the original game folder (like "FLS" or something), extract the archive to the FLS folder so you have a "core" folder and the 23-FlsEngine-Easy.exe in it. Start it as admin and translate
btw. alot of users in the NLSC forum said that it works. For me, I am using a Cheat table from KappaLambda
