Options Required: Change all Male characters to Female (change Gender Byte)

Other Info: So, guys, i have a document, and all i want to do is somehow..
copy all address that are under "Gender" Byte
And change all of them to 1.
Why ? because i want the game to consider all males.. to be females.
Is this possible ?
