Hi, im looking for a cheat table for Siren - Blood Curse for RPCS3. the PAL version BCES00294

I found Artemis codes here

But no clue how to convert them, i've done some research and it's all foreign to me. can't wrap my head around it at all, was wondering if someone could make it. Thanks
