[REQUEST] Call to Arms - Ultimate Edition

Call to Arms Ultimate Edition was updated to Version 1.228.0 a while back before Gates of Hell's release
which made the previous tables obsolete and the author of the previous tables hasn't been active since 2020.

If there's anyone still playing this game, could you please look into updating the table
or make a new one that covers most of what the original had
(Even Just infinite fuel would be fine)
