Steam achievements are disabled if console cheats are used... and I don't think there is a mod that bypasses this.

there are mods to bypass the steam achievement checks... if they are available for the Anniversary edition that I'm still not yet sure but I'm pretty sure its one of the earliest mods to be ported from version to version
