This should be easy by using UE4 tools, but I don't know how to use it completely....
Edit: 10/31: Just completed first run, now in power new game stage.
Added some scripts the are not very important. Ignore if you do not need it.

Please be really careful.
Even the UR items you had will be consumed, and you won't be able to see the items anymore.

Important: use with caution!!
Where to use it: from menu: IDOL MANAGE => PROFILE => Select idol => USE ITEM (アイテム使用)
When to enable it: before enter idol detail menu: IDOL MANAGE => PROFILE => Select idol
Disable it IMMEDIATELY when you're done
Can use it even you do not have any seed in hand. Number of seeds will be decreased after use.
Your saves or game may corrput /or unstable if you forgot to turn it off!

All types of seeds you have will decrease by 1. (or more if you modify the script)
Because I write fake information into "consume information array", says "I want to use every types of seeds by 1".
The result is:
if you have the seeds, it will be consumed after attribute increased

I'm afraid if there is no any event can trigger SP changes, it's not easy to change the value to 0.
The actual value is encrypted. It's break into three parts (encrypted value, OR masks, XOR masks), and can be decrypted with OR and XOR operations.
these script will leave some garbage codes, but it should work.
but, SP need to be changed to trigger this.
