ON THE THIEF SIMULATOR HAS INSTANTANEOUS LOCKPICKING AND ETC...SO THIS GAME CAN ALSO HAVE ALL MINI GAMES COMPLETED PERFECTLY!
AND ABOUT INSTANTANEOUS DELIVERIES, I THINK IT IS JUST SETTING THE TRUCK DISTANCE TO ZERO, THAT I THINK IT COMES INSTANTLY

Well thief sim and gas sim kinda different in terms of the mechanic of the games but it is possible to have it instantly finished.

+1 for the cheat table. Even if this game is pretty easy to play and all I need is some money and I did using float.
