The game engine is Renpy, which in a sense, the game is based on python. Python doesn't mix too well with cheat engine, but it doesn't mean editing the memory is impossible. The script on the other hand required work and time that I'm not willing to invest ~


You can find quite a few post explaining why such and such in the forum and the internet (google), but the gist of it is how python handle memory.

I also rarely seen someone create python cheat table because it is easier editing the save file or modify the sauce itself.
If personal gold is what you request (already check), the easiest way is editing the variable "Rowan > 20" in the save file using a save editor. It's in the dialog section, meaning the online save editor won't be able to see it (I think). So, use the offline editor with Hide Ren'py dialog tick off.
