In this case I suppose a lower value is better, instead of 9999, something that can be realistically attained and will stop you somewhere around level 1000?
Also, I figured out the way to increase slashing speed for everyone: open the Pointer Hero, change the value of Cooldown Time Attack and Activate it (red cross box to the left) now every attack will have same value of 0.5 for example.

I also noticed that if you right-click - Change Script - find the line that says
newmem:
mov eax,#9999
Then you can set it to a different level, so that you don't accidentally get to level 1500 in-game. I believe setting them at level around 3-4k will be enough to get all the abilities and get a huge amount of coin in no time without risking the ban.

As for me, I see that most of the options still work. Buy Click Damage, IHM2, Spawn Monster and Pointer Ulti All Hero still work, however Pointer Hero and Buy Hero Level no longer work.
One other thing: the "Spawn Monster" is no longer toggable on the same level. Now if you disable it, and enable it again, it feels like it starts sending even more enemies your way. However it works correctly if you disable it and change scene, the waves stop.
The only problem is that I need to unlock Modron Core and BOY I could use the ability to upgrade the heroes now))

Unfortunately, ReskyAW replied that he no longer plays it. My scripting skills are nowhere near where we need them to do stuff like that, so guess we're stuck with the working parts for now, and then maybe we can put in a request for someone well versed in CE scripts to update them for the latest version.
