I suck at pointers but basically
everything is 4 byte.
most of the stuff is 4byte displayed value*10 some stuff is simply 4byte displayed value generally 3 digit things that can reach 4 digits in exceptional cases are displayed value*10 while stuff like state budget that is higher and starts at 4 digits for example is simply displayed value. Basically i need somebody to convert my work into something that can be used

not sure if classes are hackable throught because it comes from provinces from what i seen.


BTW operatibility and corruption of ministereries as well as relationship and influence over influential factions is usefull as well but that can be cheated if you have money and are willing to just cheat it yourself when needed, there are 8 factions and countless ministries so it would be pain in the ass to do it.

stuff changed with update 1.3 so most of stuff seems to be simple 4byte with displayed values. some are value x10 budget and admin are now simple 4 byte whereas party unity is value times 10 so it seems can figure out popular support operability and corruption seem to be 8 byte times ten. etc

The only thing that managed to be clearly hacked is the budget of the republic. The rest, no matter how I tried, did not work. I hope this helps someone
