For Infinite Health, I made a script to prevent Players health to change. For the rest, it's slightly more complicated.
In the Addresses area of my table, you can go to the Director -> Game -> Players -> Player section for the other stuff you wanted. Every item, player, and whatever is an Actor. Every Actor has properties and some, depending on what they are, will have more unique properties. Here is the list of all properties that you can input in the Properties By Property scripts to quickly find the Actor's property:

NumProperties
So, if you're viewing the Player's properties, you'll most likely be using the SpellPointsAvailable and Gold since those are what you requested. There's more to dabble with such as AttributePointsAvailable. You'll need at least a value of 1 for the properties or else they won't be there.

Now for items, there are multiple inventories for the player and here are the indexes that you'll find to be useful:
Inventory Indexes
2: Backpack
6: Weapons and Utility Items
10: Bag
18: Vault
For items with a quantity, the property you'll want to edit for those actors is the Quantity.

Thank you very much, I'm using the Invulnerability option, it's working fine.

But i don't understand your explanation about items and other stuff :(
Can you give an example please : how can I modify my weapon to give it like 100K damage (1 shot kill) ?
