Obviously i don't own this game, so i downloaded some non-steam version..they way i did them it should work also on your version as well !?
Let me know if something is wrong, i didn't even finished a stage!

Mighty Switch Force! Hyper Drive Edition 1.03 NOTE: in hearts scripts you can alter value for hearts by replacing for all three where you see three values with "(int)3", just replace 3 with another number (perhaps there's some upgrades later, who knows) ..now for timer, i've set that to 5 seconds, 1 sec = 60 and 6 sec x 5=300.

Something fun as hell, regarding Prisoners, inside where is "(int)5" you can modify that "5" with the exact number of them in that stage..so if you have 10 to catch, you just add 10, grab one and see the result...i mean if you'll cheat, you gotta do it bad!

PS: this is so like SHANTAE, there's stuff from that in this game, same makers!
