Yeah, we need a cheat table up and running on this game. If I remember right, max stats will do nicely on every employee.

Yeah, the one on MAD Games Tycoon 1 was amazing, Max Stats, Money & Fans if not more.

Fans are 4 Byte data just like in the last game, no float values.
As experience i really want to do it but i don't find yet the values.

The Stats of everyone is float val, aswell the caps.(0.5)/(1)

Google says that the first is skills, and the second is money?

It does not work at all, i changed the stats, and the game's CTD, plus the money cheat won't work at all.

Employee skill level is good work.
but if work some part(when change value) return to 50.
and CEO skill level not work.


money cant check. but i know how to change money. so not problem.

I managed to disable all money substractions, infinite motivation, and max. employee stats but the last one makes the game unplayable if you try to pick any employee and the stat they use will also inevitably fall to 50. Guess I should have to inject it when they are learning instead of "on mouse over" but it will probably lead to the same bugs just at different times. Also in the late game, I noticed that no matter how I priced the games (with an 80+ score) it seemed like I couldn't make more than around 3 mil. per week from sales for some reason (could be a game bug) so I feel like there is no reason to play until it is resolved.

Yeah we do need a script so that their no stat change, it also be nice if we have like an "all traits" cheat too.

You realise they've changed game mechanics and now you CAN'T get people above 50 in skills they don't specialise... right? And it's 60 if they have a special trait, but again, you can't train people above certain value in skills they don't specialise in. Not even your own avatar is free from this, having one speciality and rest of the skills can be at best at 60.
To work around this, you would have to alter the game script to increase the skill cap.

Also, once you have all three rooms for handling gameplay, graphics and sound, there is no real point of having in the "main room" anyone else than designers and programmers. The game simply works differently than the original MGT

Yet I see cheat tables where you can make that "max stat" modifible with no issue, it's not that hard...

you could try to mod the game files if you could get a hold of them, and edit your own changes.
