I'm not giving up on this game. So far I've found training time in the assembly.dll but I don't know how to edit it.

Game uses Unity Engine, probably using dnSpy could be a way to try.

I update this to version 3.15zk (steam)
Inf. Trait - Works good
Inf. Motivation - Works good
Inf. Money - Broken
About money I didnt now how to update. So you can search the money with Double value.

Options:
Employee training:
1. 1 day training (goto training list screen to activate).
2. max trained stat (do not kept activated, its also max out lots of other things)
One day training
Max trained stat.
Feature Upgrade:
1. 6 day upgrade (goto feature screen to activate).
2. perfect upgrade score (poin distribution is not necessary).
3. 100x income.
Contract:
1. 1 day contract dev.
2. perfect contract rating.
Employee Vacation:
1. 100> motivation increament.
