If you mean in character creation you have to search for points spent instead of point left.
So you spend 1 point in one perk and search for 4 byte value of 1
Then you spend 2 more points on another perk and search for next value of 3
and so on

But for everyone out there you can create your own reincarnated caracter (fancy way of saying custom character) on Main Menu click on Realm Palace->Content Editor->Create Reincarnator and after you have a character of your liking save and remeber the name used...then on the caracter creation for the classic game mode you can click on reincarnated type the name saved previously and voila your character created previously pops up...

Anyone knows how to edit inspiration points?

For people looking for cheats there is a trainer in Gamecopyworld for it. The trainer does not have a virus after I scanned it using Kaspersky. You can use it for a variety of effects.

If you cannot understand Chinese you can download google translator in your phone to translate any words in any images taken.

Search for Float value. It works best if you open inspiration points, pause the game, close inspiration points window and open it again because more than likely the value would have increased compared to if you just paused the game and used the amount straight away, it wouldn't come up.
