Hey, although there's build cheats within both games, here's also what you've asked, for both games,so i've merged both tables into one, for both games, now the thing is i've made them for GOG versions, perhaps they'll work for your versions as well. Now if they got patched

The HP cheat has a problem, it gives unlimited HP to bosses too.

It is, because they've updated to 1.1, GOG as well..so, i can't update now, but you can search on FLOAT for 1000 if you're at full, for life i mean, then get hit, decrease and so on, you'll find it fast, both games have life at 1000 on float (you can nop it as well or db it) as i remember, now for the others, like powers or rage, all are on float as well, for BloodRayne 1 and 2, only ammo is on 4 byte for BloodRayne1.
Blood for ammo, in BloodRayne 2, is not represented by the value seen on the screen, like you might have 20 for bullets, no, it's on float, search by decreasing only, first unknown and then decrease.
