edit: this game is boring.. i dont know why some ppl called this game mmorpg, i dont see other players in game. it's like playing single-player game with multi characters.

It's because at rank 16 you unlock multiplayer mode

Well, prepare to have their spyware running 24/7 if you download the game. Their kernel AC runs at all times, even when the game is closed or uninstalled. And you can't manually close it either. They've been "looking into it" since the early beta. Funny stuff =P
Edit: Actually a few hours ago they made the change that it closes when the game closes. Took them way too long, but its progress at least. It still stays installed and runs even after the game is uninstalled though. Stays in the registry too. So..still bad.

It's because at rank 16 you unlock multiplayer mode
the multiplayer mode sucks ass, it's basically a coop mode with max 4 players only. It should be an open world so you can interact with everyone.

I found nothing in registry, mind to elaborate this?
as for the AC kernel file, you can stop it from running and delete it at temp folder. copy/paste this in txt file, change file extension from .txt to .bat and
run it as administrator:

echo Clean up your system from mhyprot2.sys. Continue?

sc stop mhyprot2

Note: It will not remove mhyprot2.sys in genshin impact folder and you have to running the bat file everytime after finished playing.
For lazy people, bat file in attachment.

What is the point of removing the kernel AC if the game can't be cheated, especially inventory items...you get banned instantly anyway.

If you are banned does that lock you out of the offline mode though? Not sure where this game lies on the "well you can't use tables because the game flat out doesn't work if they ban you" vs "well it's like Dark Souls, block it in firewall and go HAM" spectrum.

+1 But i don't have so much hope because i read on the internet that this game have anti cheat system like Valorant and League of Legend, maybe speed cheat or sth possible

I can understand about inventory item but how about damage, speed, stamina and health

The game is a grind even if you are able to cheat it. I'll pass it.
