Other Info: This is a particular case, as it is not about an online cheat nor a solo cheat. I would like a cheat to make a button in the Hitman main menu avaible again..
The Ghost Mode was a 1vs1 multiplayer mode in peer to peer, and you could find an opponent through Steam invite or a IOInteractive matchmaking server. The GM files are still there, the GM button appears when you're offline, greyed out (the button disappearance is due to a server-side json file the game downloads every time you launch it). This game mode closed because of "store parity"; as they couldn't implement it on Stadia, they downgraded the Steam version.
I can pay up to 20$.

Yes I am !
The server is only pinged once at the beginning of the match, for statistic purposes, so it can be enabled on client side even if they remove every reference to ghost mode server-side.
I have no knowledge of memory modifying, but are you sure it's that hard to change a UI button ?
