Don’t believe so. If you want to be safe you could play it on offline mode. Just don’t be a dick and go into multiplayer one shotting everything.
Simple 4 byte search. Take a piece of gear, search for each stat, level up the gear, search for new stat levels, repeat until you find the values. Someone will probably make a table with pointers but that’s seeming to be more difficult than usual with this game.

Would this increase the characters power level automatically?

Yes, changing your gear level will increase your total power level.

Huh..so the EXP works for factions too? I had no idea. I thought it was only character EXP. Does it still work?
