[Request] Horizon Zero Dawn Nora Lookout DLC armor

Game Name: Horizon Zero Dawn™ Complete Edition
Game Engine: Decima
Options Required: Some way to get the Nora Lookout outfit and Nora Longshot Bow as they are the only outfit and weapon that cannot be obtained on the PC version for some reason. The developer has never made this DLC obtainable unless you preordered the game
All other DLC armor is included in the Steam version.
